At Selph, we recognize that your proprietary coaching methodology is your most valuable asset. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the data, voice, and frameworks you share with our development lab during the Founding Partner Beta.

1. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

• Intellectual Property: You retain 100% ownership of all methodology, frameworks, and voice data provided for Neural Mapping.

• No Third-Party Access: Your data is never sold, traded, or used to train public AI models outside of your specific "AI Clone" environment.

• Right to Delete: As a Founding Partner, you may request the complete deletion of your Neural Map and associated training data at any time.

2. Information We Collect

To build your automated presence, we collect the following:

• Methodology Data: Frameworks, repetitive client questions, and coaching responses provided via the application form or lab consultations.

• Communication Data: Information shared during technical inquiries sent to hello@selph.co or through our official X development lab.

• Account Information: Basic contact details used to manage your Q1 Beta access.

3. Neural Mapping & Security

• Encryption: All methodology data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-leading security protocols.

• Secure Lab Environment: Data processing and Neural Mapping occur in secure environments designed to isolate each coach's unique voice.

• Geographic Integrity: As a San Diego-based development lab, all data processing complies with the standards and laws of the State of California.

4. Data Retention

• Beta Phase: During the Q1 2026 Beta, data is retained to refine the accuracy of your Neural Mapping engine.

• Post-Beta: Upon completion of the founding cohort phase, you will have the option to migrate your data to the full Selph ecosystem or archive it securely.
