Welcome to Selph. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our "Neural Mapping" technology and the Founding Partner Beta program. By applying for or participating in our Q1 2026 cohort, you agree to these terms.

1. The Founding Partner Beta

• Exclusive Access: Participation is strictly limited to the first five selected coaches for our initial Q1 2026 rollout.

• Development Phase: You acknowledge that the platform is currently in a "Dev Lab" phase. Features and Neural Mapping accuracy are subject to refinement based on your direct feedback.

2. Proprietary Technology & Intellectual Property

• Neural Mapping Engine: All underlying code, algorithms, and the "Neural Mapping" engine are the exclusive intellectual property of Selph.

• Partner Methodology: Selph does not claim ownership over the specific coaching frameworks, voice data, or methodology you provide. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to generate and maintain your specific "AI Clone".

3. Usage & Professional Conduct

• Automated Presence: You are responsible for the interactions generated by your "AI Clone" and ensuring they align with your professional "Standard of Care".

• Ethical Use: You agree not to use the Selph platform to generate misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content that violates industry regulations.

4. Subscription & Founding Rates

• Monthly/Annual Plans: Access is provided at our Founding Partner rates of $99/mo (Lab) or $199/mo (Partner).

• Annual Discount: Founding Partners opting for annual billing receive a 30% discount.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your participation in the Beta at any time; however, access to the Neural Mapping engine will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• California Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

• San Diego Lab: Any disputes arising from the use of the Selph platform shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego, CA.
